You can easily book an appointment using our online booking system (AutoMed) via the AMS Connect App, or by calling our reception team. Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience.

2. Do you accept new patients?

Yes, we welcome new patients to Teesdale Family Medical Centre . Please ensure you bring your Medicare card, photo ID, and any relevant medical history to your first visit.

3. Is your clinic bulk billing?

We offer bulk billing for eligible patients with a valid Medicare card. However, some services such as procedures, reports, or specialised consultations may incur a private fee. Please speak with reception for clarification.

4. What are your opening hours?

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, typically from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended hours may be introduced based on patient demand.

5. What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring:

  • Medicare card
  • Photo identification
  • Any referral letters or previous medical records
  • List of current medications

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We kindly request at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may incur a fee as per clinic policy.

12. Is parking available at the clinic?

Yes, convenient on-site parking is available for patients and visitors.
